Yes another FREE stamp set from the Sale-a-bration Mini called Whimsical Words. This card was designed by Jean Lowery from Mentor, OH for our group mail in. Love how she used SU!'s striped ribbon and the flames from Stampin' Up! Bold Cupcakes Sizzlit Die to made the candles. Very clever!!!!
