This card was designed by Joy Frizelle from Marion, NY for our TEAM Swap. Love the way she took SU! new 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch to make the hat. And the Baja Breeze and Pink Pirouette, former In-Colors are now back in our color assortments.
