Embossing Folder Framed Tulips is an exclusive Stampin' Up! folder that was released in the Occasions Mini, but has been held over, as it will appear in the New Idea Book & Catalog the end of the month. Tami White created this card for cruise swap and I love the technique of making the folder smaller. The folder is originally about 4" x 5 1/4" but as you can see it is smaller on this card. Would love to teach this technique at a workshop, booking a workshop in the New Idea Book & Catalog is always a great time.
