The card uses my favorite stamp set from Stampin' Up!'s Summer Mini The Open Sea, but it also uses some of my favorite retiring acessories. Every year Stampin' Up! retires items from the Idea Book & Catalog to make room for new items. This year the Spiral Border Punch & the Build-a-Brads are leaving us, both look great on this card.
