Tine Seme from Garfields Hts. created this lovely card using the Sale-a-Bration Set Fresh Vintage and the Large Sizzlits Die Paper Doily & Framelits Dies Hearts Collection. Love how she created the background. It is hard to see from the scan but she stamped the two smallest flowers and then ran through the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder and sponge over top. I just so love the look all the layers bring to this card.
