Stamping Retreat for my Downline

Uncategorized

8 Oct

This past weekend was my fourth annual Stamping in the Woods, stamp retreat for my downline.  We always have such a wonderful time at Camp Fitch, in West Springfield, PA.  The staff there are so wonderful to us.  They cook all our meals, bring us snacks of warm cookies, homemade pizza and camp fires with smores if weather permits.  They also help us out with the rock climbing wall, archery and BB-Gun Range, and Horseback Riding.  They just make our retreat special.  This year I wanted to help the camp out by giving to their scholarship fund.  Well 15 1/2 years as a demonstrator I have been to lots of events and have collected many Stampin' Up! Bags.  I normally don't carry a bag just a wallet.  So I decided to raffle my Stampin' Up! bags off to raise money for Camp Fitch.  OMG so much fun as my downline decided wish bag was for them.

Here is Lisa Brown trying on a few of the bags when her number was called.  We were able to raise $250 to help with Camp Fitch Scholarship Fund this year.  What a great feeling knowing that we could help a children, who may not otherwise be able to attend this camp ,experience what we have for four years.

Now there was lots of eating and enjoying the camp but also lots of stamping.  That was the main reason to be there.  Here Lisa Varga, Mary Ann Dietz, Leigh Amburgery, Cheryl Dodich, and Nicole Noce work at one of the Big Shot Stations.

Here Mary Ann Rossister, Kerrin Eyer, Cindy Jacobson, Sherm Langan, and Donna Payerle stop for a minute to pose for a picture.

A trip to Camp Fitch is not complete unless you take a trip to Peggy Gray's Candy Store.  Front is Kerri Sholette, Linda Sholette (Kerri's Mom), Sharon Nickerson, Nicole Noce, Adrianne Pender, and Nancy Latour (Aunt Nan Kerri's Aunt).  Gosh gals thanks for laughs.  I so enjoyed our time together.  And don't worry Aunt Nan secrets told in The Woods stay in The Woods.

Here is our TEAM Picture in front of the Chapel.  Can't wait until we can meet in The Woods again next year.  Ladies I so appreciate your friendship.  I love all the bonding that is done this weekend.  I say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for making this fabulous weekend possible.
