Well it is, just homemade by using Summer Silhouettes Stamp Set and then embossed with the Elegant Lines Embossing Folder. I love the look because you can make your own designer series paper in any color and design you want. Ittty Bitty Banners Stamp Set with the matching Framelits Bitty Banners, and the Beautiful Wings Embosslits give the card some dimension.
