After the welcome ceremony we were asked to leave the room so the women could prepare our lunch. Again no furniture so we sit on the floor. The Fijian people got up and down from the floor much better then us American, maybe we need to drink more Kava.
Notice in the back right corner, while the women were preparing our lunch the men where around the Kava Bowl.
Fiji is going in to fall and their raining season, so not a lot of gardening going on, but they still had plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables since they have no refrigeration.
After we ate and the dishes were cleared the celebration began, the villagers came and got us to dance around the room. What a fun interesting day.
