Joan Wiemers created this card using the beautiful Pop-Up Posies Designer Kit found in the Spring Stampin' Up! Catalog. The flowers are all done a ready to be used on your projects. The embossed strip at the bottom of the card was done with the Textured Impression Embossing Folders Needlepoint. She also used the beautiful words "Heaven knows your special (I know it too)" stamp from the Blessings from Heaven Stamp Set.
