Cheryl Dodich of Mentor, OH created this colorful card using the ne Expression Thinlits Dies, the stamp set Merry Little Christmas, and the beautiful Winter Frost Designer Paper. All these items can be found in Stampin' Up!'s Holiday Catalog. I love designer paper but the Winter Frost is over the top, could it be because I love blue.
