It’s Sale-a-Bration Time

3D Papercraft Projects· New Products· Video Series - Creative Folds

Sweet Sorbet Designer Paper_Creative Fold

I am so excited that our Biggest Sale of the Year is starting today, Sale-a-Bration.  Every $50 you spent before shipping and tax entitles you to a FREE Sale-a-Bration item from now until March 31, 2014.  And if you purchase that $50 in my Online Store you get two loyalty points.

I have been wanting to share today's Creative Fold Video with you for weeks.  It uses the beautiful Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper that you can get free with a $50 purchase.  It has soft colors with a pop of black.  You get 12 sheets; 2 each of 5 double-sided designs that are 12" x 12".

I want to thank my dear customer Peg Galligher for sharing this Fancy Folds-Folded Closure Card.  The card uses one sheet of the designer paper 12" x 12" and you fold in to a triangle.

You need to line the fold side up at the top of your Stampin' Trimmer and score vertically at 3" and 5 3/4" from each side.  Score horizontally at the 4 1/4".

Cut away the small triangle formed by the horizontal and 5 3/4" scored lines.  On the left point, open the layered paper slightly and gently push the point up and in, folding on the 3" score line and open the top portion creating a diamond shape with that section.

Repeat on the right point.  Open the right diamond and glue it closed.  Leave the left diamond unglued.  I also put adhesive along the top point and along where you cut out the the small triangle.

I cute a piece of 2" x 2" for the right diamond for the greeting.  I did some sponging around the edge to give some dimension. I used a piece of Whisper White Cardstock 4" x 5 1/8" for inside to write on.

I used two of my favorite bundles to finish the card.  The Flower Shop Bundle, which has the Flower Shop Stamp Set and the Pansy Punch, comes in clear or wood.

And the new Petite Petals Bundle which has the Petite Petals Stamp Set and the Petite Petals Punch, this also comes in a clear or wood bundle.  Remember purchase in a bundle and save 15%.
