This past weekend was my first Spring Stamp Retreat, "Stamping in the Woods". It was held at Camp Judson in North Springfield, PA. I have been holding two Fall Stamp Retreats for over 5 years.
Last fall was the first time we were at Camp Judson. The camp we have been at in the past was "In The Woods". Gals are telling me I should change the Name to "Stamping by the Lake" as we are right on Lake Erie now, such a beautiful setting.
I was joined by 31 stampers, from three different states, who were just so much fun to be with. I had created 20 different projects for them that they seemed to love. You will want to watch in the coming weeks, as I will be sharing some of the projects we did in videos. The accommodations and food was out of this world, just an all out fun weekend.
Some thing we did new this time, was we had a name tag contest. This was a suggestion made by Judie Jones at our fall retreat in October. As you can see by the photo, these gals went all out with their names tags. The winners were Lori Slimmer, Judie Jones, & Lisa White. Congratulations gals.
I know the name tag contest will be some thing we will continue at retreats to come, may but some different twists on them, we'll see.
