Pop-Up Graduation Card

3D Papercraft Projects· Hand Stamped Cards· Video Series - Creative Folds

19 May

Pop-Up Graduation_Linda Bauwin

Just in time for Graduation this Pop-Up Graduation Card is so delightful, because you can do it in any school colors.  My card is done in the tradition black and white, but spice it up with each graduates own school colors.

You will need two prices of card stock.  The first is the base of the card and it measures 4 1/4" x 9 3/4" and you will score at the 5 1/2" mark.  You will mark with your pencil at the 2 1/8" mark on each side of that score line on both side of the card stock.  You will score an X between those pencil marks.  This is what forms the pop-up.

On the short flap, you will put a pencil mark in the center of the card 2 1/8" and measure up from each side at the 3 1/2" mark.  Now you will cut between these two pencil marks.

For the second pencil of card stock, you need a piece that measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2", I used whisper white. along the 4 1/4" side measure at the 2 1/8" mark again and mark on both side up from bottom 3 1/2" you will cut between these two pencil marks.

There you have it a cute Pop-Up Graduation Card with a creative fold.

Don't forget SU! Retiring Stamps Set will soon be gone for good.  Double check your list to make sure you have what you want.  And my Exclusive Customer Special will end in 5 days.
