Time For A Creative Fold Video

Hand Stamped Cards· Sales & Specials· Video Series - Creative Folds

15 Nov

#trifold #lindabauwin w

Today's video is a Tri-Fold Card and uses the This Christmas Specialty Designer Series Paper, the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies and the Christmas Pines Bundle.

I had ordered my Stitched Shapes Framelit Dies and they have been waiting on my doorstep while I was travelling.  Couldn't wait to get them in my hands.  They really do add an elegance to your layering.

This Tri-Fold Card is very simple to make as long as you remember to cut and score at different angle.  And if you go to glue them on the wrong side, like I did in the video, I show you a quick tip on how to correct your mistake.

I started with a piece of Cherry Cobbler Card Stock that measured 4 1/4" x 7 1/2".  Along the 7 1/2" side I scored at 2 1/2" and 5".  Then I scored diagonally on the two outside flaps to form the tri-fold.

The two pieces of This Christmas Specialty Designer Series Paper measure 2 1/4" x 4".  This is the same size for the piece of Very Vanilla Card Stock in the middle.

I used the Christmas Pines Bundle to decorate the square from the Stitches Shapes Framelits.  Remember the Christmas Pines Stamp Set is on Sale until the end of November at 25% off.  By buying the stamp set on sale and the framelits separate you do save over the bundle price.

Check out all the stamp sets that are on sale through November by clicking here.  Thre are nine sets on sale 6 from the Holiday Catalog and three from the regular catalog.  Don't let this deal pass you buy.
