Double Fun Fold Video

Hand Stamped Cards· Stamping Tips· Video Series - Creative Folds

Isn't this a stunning card?  It is a Double Fun Fold Card using the Special Reason Bundle, All Things Thanks Stamp Set, and the Flourishing Phrases Stamp Set.

The colors used are Basic Black and Crushed Curry. I also used the Petal Burst Embossing Folder.

You first take a piece of Crushed Curry that measures 5 1/2" x 6 1/4" and score at 4 1/4".   You will see in the video how I embossed just the top portion of this piece.

Then I took a piece of Crushed Curry, that measured 5 1/4" x 8" and scored at the 4" mark.  Again just embossing the top portion.

I took a piece of Whisper White Card Stock that measured 2" x 2 1/2", and used the framelit die from the Stylish Stems Framelits Dies and die cut the daisy in the upper right corner.  I also cut a small piece of Basic Black Card Stock with the die for just the tiny center of the flower.

I stamped the words from the All Things Thanks Stamp Set in black in the lower left corner.  I took the small flower from the Special Reason Stamp Set and stamped around the edge of this piece of card stock.  And then adhered this piece to a piece of Crushed Curry that measured 2 1/4" x 2 3/4", and adhered to the top portion of Basic Black piece where it was dry embossed.

Here is the card half-way opened.

I took a piece of Whisper White 2" x 2 1/2" and stamped the words from the Flourishing Phrases Stamp Set in Basic Black Ink, and stamped the flower around the outside again.

You will want to adhere the Crushed Curry Card Base with the fold to the bottom of the Basic Black card base.  Watch the video for placement.

Here is the inside of the card.  I took a piece of Whisper White that measures 3 3/4" x 5" stamped the flowers around the outside and adhere to the inside of the Crushed Curry Base.  There you have it a Double Fun Fold Card.
