I am so in love with this new stamping technique I just learned called, Tarnished Foil. I used with the Nail It Bundle. This bundle is becoming my favorite masculine bundle. Here is the card I did using the tarnished foil technique. Stampin' Up!'s Foil Sheets are the perfect product to do this technique. Every color of our Foil Sheet gives this technique a new look.
You must use the StazOn Ink to add the first layer of color. In the video, I embossed with the Hexagon Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder first and then added the ink. But you can add your ink first, just make sure you use a sheet of paper between your foil and the embossing fold, so you won't get the ink on your folder.
I then used the embossing buddy to remove any moisture from the foil and added VersaMark Ink Randomly on the the foil, and I applied Silver Embossing Powder. Not only can use different colors of foil sheets you can also use different colors embossing powders. I then heated with the Embossing Gun to melt the powders.
After the foil has cooled, I did the same thing again, adding the VersaMark then this time I added the Copper Embossing Powder. Such an amazing look and it look so good with the Nailed It Bundle.
