If you ordered at least $50 from me between January 1st and April 25th, 2017 I would love to send you a FREE Copy of the new upcoming catalog! If you have not yet purchased $50, you have until April 25th to place an order!
BUT-READ CAREFULLY-YOU MUST REQUEST YOUR COPY!!! (last year many of the catalogs that I sent out automatically were not received because of incorrect addresses in the Stampin' Up! system. So this year, YOU MUST fill out this form to receive your FREE COPY and e-mail it to me at jlbauwin@roadrunner.com! )
