Today's video is a quick gift idea that you can get done in short order for all the last minute gifts. It is an adorable desk calendar that will keep on giving all year long.
I purchased the calendars from Taylored Expressions. You can get 10 calendars for just $3.00. Don't have time to do before Christmas? It is the perfect little project for the kids to do while they are on Christmas Vacation.
I used Calypso Coral Card Stock that measured 4 1/4" x 11" and scored at the 5 1/2" mark. The easel part of the calendar measures 4 1/4" x 5" and along the 5" side I scored at 1", 2 1/2" and at 4". I used a piece of Basic Black Card that measures 4" x 5 1/4" for accent. A piece of whole Lot of Lovely Designer Series Paper measuring 1 1/2" x 5 1/4" adds color.
I used the Large Numbers Framelits Dies that have been dried embossed with the Quilt Top Textured Impression Embossing Folder.
