WOW I am in love with today's video a Tri-Fold Card. I used the Lots of Lavender Stamp Set, from the Sale-a-Bration, the must have Painted with Love Specialty Designer Series Paper and the easy to miss Petal Pair Textured Embossing Folders from the Occasions Catalog.
The colors on this card are just stunning, and I probably would have never used them together, if it had not been for the Painted With Love Specialty Paper. Here is a look of the card partially open.
I started with a piece of Heavy Whisper White Card Stock that measured 5 1/2" x 9 3/4". I scored it at the 3 5/8" and the 7 15/16".
I took piece of Melon Mambo Card Stock that measured 1 7/8" x 5 1/2". Just a note, you may need to trim down this piece to 1 3/4" depending on how deep your Big Shot embosses. I ran this piece through the Big Shot with the Petal Pair Textured Impression Embossing Folders.
Have you seen these folders? They are found on page 23 of the Occasions Catalog. They are beautiful.
I used the Stitched Shapes and the Layering Circles Thinlits Dies for the front flap. With the Lots of Lavender Stamp Set, and words from the Heartfelt Blooms from Sale-a-Bration Stamp Sets and a little Stampin' Blends and Classic Ink Pads you have this beautiful Creative Fold Card.
