Designer Series Paper Technique

Hand Stamped Cards· Stamping Tips

18 Jul

When I think of designer series paper, I think about using it for layering or adding as an accent.  What about you?

I personally over look many times the opportunity to stamp directly on designer series paper.  Today's card is a perfect example on using designer series paper as the paper you stamp on.

I used the Wood Textures Designer Series paper to stamp on for this card.  With Memento Black Ink Pad I stamped the flowers from the Petal Palette Stamp Set.   The Stampin' Blends makes coloring on your designer series paper very easy.

For my card, I used the Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive Combo Packs on STampin' Blends, to color on the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper.  I also used the blends to color in my Pearls, that I used for accents.  Then I just added a strip of the 1/4 Velvet Ribbon and my card was done.
