Check out this technique card that was submitted for my last TEAM challenge by Karen Burke from Rochester, NY. She used the Gold Hoops Embellishments, from the Forever Greenery Suite, to create a floating image on vellum.
This picture shows the technique a little better. She cut a hole in the front layers of card stock and inserted Vellum Card Stock. Next she stamped the image from Tasteful Touches Stamp Set in Black StazOn on the Vellum. In the inside of the card, she also stamped the image but colored it. That way when you open the card it appears the image is floating off. So cool in person.
