Wow look at all the glimmer and shine on this Valentine's Day Card. No matter how I tried to take a picture of this card the shine was there. All the shine comes from the beautiful Love You Always Foil sheets, and the Love You Always Specialty Designer Series Paper. There are no words to explain how beautiful this paper is. Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper and Foil are always top notch, but this paper goes beyond that.

I like be the Valentine’s Day card tutorial Linda! I’m sure it’s more lovely in person. What are the dimensions for the foil piece? Would it be 4 1/4” or just 4”? Not sure I did the math right?
