Okay yet another beautiful card done with the Hydrangea Hill Suite. These colors just scream spring. This card was created by Cara Finney from Spring Valley, IL. Cara created this card for a TEAM Challenge.
If you joined me yesterday, I shared a layering technique with dies. If you missed that video you can catch it here.
I like the way Cara did her layers on this card. First using the Hydrangea Hill Mercury Glass Designer Series Paper behind the Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper.
The layering I like most is the offset of the Stitched Shapes Circles. Another one of those retiring items that I am going to miss so much. I am pretty much a square stamper LOL. All my layers are pretty uniform. But check out what Cara did, she used a larger Stitched Shape Circle die with a die that was like two sizes smaller. Giving a great offset layer look. Love it! I need to think about stamping out of the box.

Hi Linda!
I agree with you. I'll really missed the stitched shapes. Also like Cara's use of the acetate. Was wondering if you'll be featuring any tutorials on the linen paper? Have no idea what it is or what can be done with it.
Thanks for sharing…Always get great ideas reading your posts!

I am sure I will be playing with linen paper. Can't wait to play with
