This card makes me happy, as it shows off two loves of mine. A Creative Fold and Stampin' Up!'s beautiful Designer Series Paper.
In my recent TEAM Challenge, I sent those in my Stamp Family who wanted to be part of the challenge, a packet of goodies that had the Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper in it. This card shows that all you need is Stampin' Up!'s Beautiful Designer Series Paper to make a WOW Statement.
Leigh Amburgey from Mentor, OH, and Stamp With Leigh, shared this card with us during the Challenge. It earned her a $100 Gift Certificate from me. I love the way it shows off the Designer Series Paper.
I have no idea what this Creative Fold Card is called, I am calling it a Double Flap Opening Card. As there are two flaps on the opening of the card and it opens like so
The card is held together with a band, that I call a Belly Band. I think that dates me. LOL. I am sure most new Mom's have no clue what a Belly Band is. Us Older Mom's sure do, as we were told our baby's had to have a Belly Band. Here is another view.
Leigh used my favorite new dies from the New Catalog, at least for right now they are my favorite, the Scalloped Contours, which are part of a Bundle. But of course I didn't need the Color & Contour Stamp Set, so I didn't purchase the bundle. You guessed it, I have not had to order the stamp set. As I have found I do need the stamp set, and I didn't get the 10% discount as I didn't order together. Go figure. Has happened to me more than once. How about you?
