Technique Video Specialty Card Borders

In today's Technique Video I share two different technique.  First coloring with your Stampin' Blends right on to your Designer Series Paper.  This is a technique I forget about and it really gives a different look.

The main focus of today's technique video, is to show you how to use your dies with the Stampin' Cut and Emboss Machine to create unique borders to your cards.
