Panel Card Video

I love it when I can find a card layout that shows off Stampin' Up!'s beautiful Designer Series Paper.  In today's video I share this Panel Card that was inspired by a card we did at our recent Shoe Box Swap.

I stamped the Happy Birthday right on the Designer Series Paper something I forget to do most of the time.
