This is the card that inspired that video. It was created by Sue Floyd of Akron, Ohio.
It is hard to see by the picture, but Sue used the Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder. This Embossing Folder is so stunning because it has such deep embossing lines, which make the card really pop.
If you have not tried this technique you need to give it a try as it makes for such a stunning card.
