Self Locking Gate Fold

Today's Creative Fold features a Self Locking Gate Fold Card, using once again the beautiful Waves of the Ocean Designer Series Paper.  As you probably can tell by now, I am in love with this paper.  Can't stress enough this is a limited edition paper and will only be available while supplies last.  Check out all the product including the Early Release Waves of Inspiration Bundle here.

I also used the Paradise Palms Bundle for this Self Locking Gate Fold.  I am finding that all my ocean stamp sets work so well with this Waves of the Ocean Designer Series Paper.

I used the Technique I shared a couple weeks ago of just stamping right on the Designer Series Paper.  So love the look that creates.

The card base for the Self Locking Gate Fold is your standard 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", I used Pacific Point Card Stock.  You need to score from each end along the 8 1/2" side at 2 1/8".

Your need three pieces of Card Stock the same size and that is what I used for the Self Locking Part.  I had cut them at 2 1/2" x 2 1/2", but as you will see in the video they really needed to be 2 1/4" x 2 1/4".  Doesn't matter what size they are, as long as they fit behind the front piece.
