Last weekend was the first real feel of Spring here in Ohio, and the tulips with their bright colors are popping up everywhere.  I love the rebirth of Spring, especially after the hard winter we had this year.

This card really captures the bright spring colors.  I used the Hand-Penned Memories & More Cards & Envelopes for my base.
