With every new catalog, I give my TEAM a chance to take in a TEAM Challenge. This is where I sent them a pack of new product and they get to be creative with it. In return, they send me at least one card done with some of the material from their pack.
The Annual Catalog Challenge was the last Challenge we did. Each demonstrator received a full sheet of each of the Five New In Colors and a sampling of the In Color Designer Series Paper along with the Metallic Ribbon. They also got some Designer Series Paper from the Hues of Happiness, Perfectly Penciled, Sun Prints, and Tea Boutique plus some cards and envelopes from the Tea Boutique.
There were 20 demonstrators who took part in the Challenge. I got over 80 cards. Each card was submitted in three different categories with a chance to earn $750 in Gift Certificates from me, as one demonstrator called it "Linda Cash". The entries were over the top. Over the next couple months, I will be sharing their creativity.

Leigh Amburgey from Stamp With Leigh did the card below. Leigh used the same New Bundle, but added a Technique, called Packing Tape Technique. It is hard to tell in the picture, but Leigh used packing tape on the Beer Mug before die cutting. That gives the Mug a nice glossy look.
