The Fancy Frame Dies, found on page 171 of the Annual Stampin' Up! Catalog, are what I am calling stand alone dies.  This means they are New Dies and are not part of a bundle.  I think they are very easy to miss, and you don't want to do that as they really bring some elegance to your cards.
