Last Friday I shared a Slider Card done by Trina Pascale from Escondido, California. I shared that I had never seen a slider card done without slits on the front of the card for the slider.
Well from the comments and e-mails I received from that post, I realized the a Slider Card done with magnets instead of a slit a crossed the card, is new to many. So as promised, in my Tips & Technique Video today I share how Trina made the slider.
I love the look of the clouds done with the Basic Borders Dies. Trina used the ink pad to create her blue sky. I chose to use the Blending Brushes for a softer look. I forgot how much I like the Foam Adhesive Stripes, they are perfect for this card.
In the video, I used Heavy Basic White Card Stock for the slider. I thought this cardstock would be heavy enough, but as you will see it as not. I changed it, and used the white cardboard that comes with the Designer Series Paper, this worked so much better.
