We all know Stampin’ Up!’s Designer Series Paper is top-notice, but the Hello Irresistible Designer Series Paper is a step above. The center of this card is just the Designer Series Paper. And the Elegant Border on the side of the card, is simply the Hello Irresistible Designer Paper Again. That’s it, except for the Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon.
