This over-the-top Fancy Fold is super simple to make, and a great way to showcase your Designer Series Paper. I love when Stampin’ Up! creates designer series paper like the Flowering Zinnia Paper, that is an Online Exclusive. The bold image showcases the beautiful colors.
Today’s video shows you a great way to create up to 12 cards with a fun fold out of one piece of 12″ x 12″ Paper. How cool is that? All you need to do is to cut 2″ x 5 1/4″ strips of you paper, and you are ready to go. I used the Three Color Glimmer Paper, another Online Exclusive with my card today, but you can change it up in so many ways by using other patterns of Designer Series Paper in the background, or different color card stock, the possibilities are endless.
Not only does this simple Fancy Fold allow you to get the most from your Designer Series Paper, it is also using minimum product. The measurement for this card are as follows:
- 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ Blackberry Bliss Card Stock
- 4″ x 5 1/4″ Three Color Glimmer Paper
- 2 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ Blackberry Bliss Card Stock scored at a 1/4″ along the 5 1/2″ side
- 2 1/4″ x 5 1/4″ Black Berry Bliss Card Stock
- 2′ x 5″ Basic White Card Stock
- 2″ x 5 1/4″ Flowering Zinnia Designer Series Paper
The verse is from the Simply Zinnia Stamp Set and the layering is done with the die found in the Perennial Postage Dies. Now sit back and enjoy how easy this card is to make.
