It always amazes me how you can take the same card layout, but get a totally different look when you use different papers and stamps. Case in point is this card. On Tuesday, during my Fancy Fold Video, I shared this Pleated Paper Technique that creates a WOW factor for your Designer Series Paper.
I used the same supplies:
- 4 1/4″ x 11″ Old Olive Card Stock scored at 5 1/2″ for card base
- 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ Lemon Lime Twist Card Stock
- 2 3/4″ x 4 1/8″ Lemon Lime Twist Card Stock for the layer for the pleated designer series paper
- 4″ x 7″ Flowering Zinnia Designer Series Paper for the pleating technique-along the 7″ side you will score every 1/2″ inch.
Tuesday card had a softer look, because of the Perennial Lavender Paper. Today’s card, I used the Flowering Zinnia Paper which is bold and bright. I also used the new bundle Unbounded Love. I have been using the Unbounded Love Bundle a lot lately, as I am preparing for next month’s Customer Appreciation Tutorial. Such a fun bundle with some great sentiments.
