Bottom Opening Card

It’s Tuesday, and normally I share a Fun Fold Card. Today’s video though is more like a fun cut for a card, to create a different look. With Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Sale this month, I’ve been trying to focus on ways to share both side of their beautiful paper. The Thoughtful Journey Paper I used on today’s card has so many stunning colors in it.

This card is super easy to create, but really gives a great way of sharing the vibrant colors of the paper. The sizes of paper used are:

• 4″ x 10 1/2″ Pool Party Card Stock that is first cut at the 5 1/2″ mark along the 10 1/2″ side down 2″ then score the rest of the way. Then cute out that 2″ piece watch the video on how easy it is to achieve this
• 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ Pretty Peacock Card Stock
• 2 pieces of 1 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ Pretty Peacock Card Stock
• 3 7/8″ x 5 1/8″ Pretty Peacock Card Stock
• 3 3/4″ x 5″ Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper
• 1 3/4″ x 5″ Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper
• 3 3/4″ x 5″ Basic White Card Stock
