I have been getting so much inspiration from page 22 on the Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog. Are you like me, and find that some times it’s just hard to know where to start when you are designing a card? With these quick sketches they give you great inspiration to get those creative juices flowing.
As you look through the Annual Catalog you will find several samples using these templates. The card above is from a Sketch using the Spotlight on Nature Bundle.
Some helpful tips when create this card are to color the stamped images with Stampin’ Blends, then fussy cut with your paper snips, as there are no dies for the flowers and butterfly. I know what you are thing. We’ve all got spoiled with dies, but remember the day when all we has were scissors to cut out image? It is really not that hard. Another tip is to get a WOW with your sentiment, by heat embossing with White Embossing Power on the Black Card Stock.
