Stampin’ in the Wood Reunion September 12-14, 2025 Camp Judson
In the past 5+ years, I have heard over and over from many of you, “I miss Stampin’ in the Woods”. To be truthful I have too. I loved all the fellowship and laughs we had over the many years at Stamping in the Woods. So, I am excited to share we will be returning to Camp Judson in W. Springfield, PA. I have to share that when I called, the staff was excited to hear we would be returning.
Things will be little different this time, as there will not be tons and tons of stamping projects like in the past. I have not missed all the prep that went into those retreats and have to admit that I sometimes went a little crazy with the projects. But there will be stamping and some fun new twists at the reunion that you won’t want to miss.
There will be no dinner on Friday night, so plan accordingly. There will be three meals on Saturday and then brunch on Sunday morning. You can arrive any time after 4 p.m. on Friday. Friday will be a “catch up time” with each other starting at 7 p.m., followed by a couple of fun games.
We will have a Shoebox Swap. You may be asking what is a Showbox Swap? A Shoebox Swap is where you design one card (that must have a technique or fold) that everyone will make. You will bring enough supplies for everyone to make your card, if you use a designer series paper, everyone doesn’t have to have the same pattern. You are not required to use Stampin’ Up! supplies for your card. If your project has die-cuts or dry embossing, you can do the die-cutting/embossing beforehand or bring all the required materials for the participants to use, including die-cut machine. If required, you will need to provide written directions for the technique or fold for your card. If we have a big response to this activity, you may be asked to pre-make half of your cards. More details, such as number of ladies taking part in the Shoebox will come when registration closes on August 20th. That doesn’t mean you can’t be thinking about the card (technique or fold) you will feature.
The Shoebox Swap is an option activity. BUT….everyone taking part will get a special door prize. You may elect not to take part in this activity, and you will have a personal table spot at this time to craft or do whatever you want.
I have asked a few demonstrators to demonstrate different product from the New Mini Catalog. They will have a make-n-take from their product for you to do. I too will have some make-n-takes for you to do at your leisure.
There will also be more games and fun throughout the afternoon, with some creative challenges.
Space will be limited as there are only so many beds. As usual the top bunk will not be used. All you need is snacks to share, general stamping supplies, and all supplies for your Shoebox Swap if you are taking part. Plus, your own personal stamping projects if you choose.
What is included: two nights lodging and 4 meals, plus stamping and fellowship. Not to mention time to get away and have fun.
The cost is $225 and is due by August 20th. You will be registered once your payment is received. PLEASE let me know when you register if you will be taking part in the Shoebox Swap.
No refund will be issued after August 20th, unless your spot can be filled. For payment information contact me at jlbauwin@roadrunner.com or 440-576-7130.
If you, or any of your friends, have never attending Stamping’ in the Woods, they are still welcome to attend the Reunion.
